About the Program
The 8-week Glue Club Foundations Program is designed for startup leaders to strengthen their skills, problem-solve active challenges, and learn shared language for ongoing Glue Club community participation. The program’s 2-week topic-based cycles feature live Lessons from Molly Graham, Peer Circles, and 1:1 chats with other members. A guest speaker and additional topic-based events are also included over the course of the entire 8-week program. See an example calendar.

Learn directly from Molly Graham as she shares the most impactful learnings from her own experience as a startup leader, operator, and executive. She'll share key operation concepts critical in helping startups and small companies scale successfully. Join the Q&A and discussion at the end of each Lesson.

You’ll have an opportunity to dive deeper into each topic with a small group of peers from your cohort at similar-stage companies. Together you will discuss your most pressing challenges, led by a facilitator. To build 1:1 connections with others in Glue Club, you will also have the opportunity to be matched with a peer for 1:1 virtual chats.

Learn from the world's top startup leaders and experts. Past guest speakers include Claire Hughes Johnson (former COO of Stripe), Geoff Donaker (former COO of Yelp), and Max Mullen (Co-Founder of Instacart). These events may be recorded.

Who is it for?
Glue Club members are startup leaders. They typically have 10+ years of experience under their belt. Their titles could be Founder, CXO, VP, or Director/Head, but most importantly, they are strategic leaders and decision-makers at their organizations, typically owning 2 or more functional areas and overseeing a multi-layered team.
