Refund Policy for Membership Fees
Membership Fees are not refundable and will not be pro-rated upon an early termination of this Agreement, whether voluntary or involuntary. Financial assistance in the form of a payment plan may be considered and extended to select members if requested. In such a payment plan, the full fee shall be divided into equal payments due at the beginning of the membership term and thereafter in accordance with the agreed payment plan. Members on a payment plan must commit to pay and are liable for the full Membership Fee for the entire Membership term and may not cancel mid-term.
Refund Policy for Live Events
We understand that life happens, and we strive to accommodate our members’ changes and cancellations in the fairest way possible. For members who register and pay in advance for a Live Event and then need to cancel, the following refund policy applies:
1. Cancellation more than 75 days before a Live Event is fully refundable.
2. Cancellation made 74 to 15 days before a Live Event is non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward future Glue Club events, Membership Fees or other Glue Club activities for up to 6 months after the date of the original event.
3. Cancellation made within 14 days or less of a Live Event is non-refundable and cannot be rolled forward as credit toward a future event.
Cancellation Policy for In-Person Events
If the costs of one-off in-person events are included in the price of membership, we ask that Members RSVP for events by the requested deadlines and, if needed, cancel prior to 48 hours before the event unless an emergency arises. Repeat no-shows may result in revoked invitations or membership.
