The Foundations Course is the cornerstone experience Glue Club was founded on in 2023. Since then, over 300 startup leaders have gone through the program and called it transformative.

Led by Molly Graham, these four sessions focus on essential skills for scaling yourself and your company:

  • Vision and Goal Setting
  • Culture, Communication, and Decision-Making
  • Managing Up, Down, and Sideways
  • Organizational Design and Hiring

Each Lesson runs 60 minutes: 30–40 minutes of content from Molly followed by dedicated time for Q&A, where attendees bring real challenges and get direct, actionable insights.

Experience them LIVE! We offer the Foundations Course live twice a year, with the next opportunity to participate in October 2025. For members who join on other onboarding dates, our Foundations Course is available on-demand in our video library.

Is Glue Club suitable if I'm between roles?

While the program is most beneficial for those currently in leadership positions, we do welcome individuals between roles who meet the membership criteria. Some members have found new opportunities through Glue Club—but it's through the deep, authentic connections they build here. This isn't a surface-level job search tool; it's a community built for long-term growth and real support.

Are there in-person events?

Yes! While Glue Club is primarily a virtual community, we deeply value real-life connection. That’s why we host in-person gatherings in cities - including dinners and retreats.

Every membership period includes two in-person dinners at no additional cost in cities with a significant member presence. Retreats and other special events may be available for an added fee.

Many members also plan their own informal in-person meetups as part of the community.

How much does Glue Club cost?

Our 6-month membership is $1,150, billed upfront. That's about $192/month. This includes access to all live sessions, peer circles, curated groups, 1:1 matching, our Slack space, and the on-demand video library.

New members are charged a one-time onboarding fee of $500, which brings the total to $1,650 for the first 6 months.

Are there any discounts for individuals?

We don’t offer individual discounts. Members have the option to split payment into two installments over the 6 month membership. Additionally, we offer a credit for members who refer accepted applicants. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to apply and note that in the “Anything else” section of your application or email us at hello@glueclub.com.

Do you offer company discounts?

If you're interested in enrolling a group of employees from your company, reach out to us at hello@glueclub.com to explore options.

What happens at the end of the 6 month membership?

At the end of your 6-month term, your membership will automatically renew unless you choose to pause or cancel. We’ll send a reminder in advance so you can decide what’s next. Many members continue with Glue Club for ongoing support and connection.
